We enjoyed a few relaxing days of good food, beautiful views, laughters and some clean air! It was our sibling's first trip ever up here in the Pacific Northwest so Mari and I got to be their unofficial tour guides. Although this would be my 5th straight year visiting Seattle, I still don't really know what else to experience beside the typical tourist spots like Pike Place Market and Space Needle. So aside from visiting the tourist spots, we explored the city with our tummies! We enjoyed two amazing tours from Savor Seattle Tours and of course did our own Yelpin' & exploration. Unfortunately, part 1 of the post will only show the scenic photos so stay tune for part 2 of the post by the end of the week!

THE Beach
Solana Beach is "THE" Beach... it's the beach that my fiancee and I went on our first date, and it's the same spot where I propose to her exactly 263 days ago! So couple weeks ago, on our way to San Diego we stopped here for a quick walk down the beach, and some self-portrait (or as we call it our own lil' engagement session).
This shot below is our composite shot.. a quick "before & after" shots will be posted on the facebook page, so make sure you LIKE it and check other out-takes + photos

A vivid field
It's that time of the year folks! The flowers are blooming, the birds are chirping, and well it's spring time! Ok, I'm not really that excited as I sound.. in fact it's allergy season for me, so it's definitely NOT my favorite time of the year. Last weekend, I toughed it out and went on a little adventure down to Carlsbad and San Diego with the fiancee. Luckily the allergy didn't kick in, so I was able to have some fun taking these photos. The flower field in Carlsbad is open 'til May 8th, so head out there if you haven't already!
Another 13 shot "Brenizer Method", gotta thank my model for being so patience!
Oh yea more pictures from this trip will be added to an album on the facebookfanpage so make sure to LIKE it if you wan't to see more!
Garden Galore
There's nothing better than a quick photo shoot to re-inspire and frankly, be away from our responsibilities. Here are some fun shoots from our trip to Descanso Garden in La Canada Flintridge this past weekend. The fiancée was patience enough to model for me with several 7+ shots panoramas, so I gotta give her a shout out here before she stops modeling for my experiments.
Photographers start young these days...
I can't have a photo shoot without some sort of HDR or "Brenizer Method"... in this case, I did both! =)
It's rare that we actually have a picture together.. gotta thank this nice lady for taking this shot perfectly.
Beauty before the storm
It's already April and it's windy, cloudy, scattered shower.. I guess I should say welcome to Los Angeles! Anyhow, based on many facebook/tumblr posts from LA, (including mine: http://mobile.ronlimphotography.com/post/4446397434/now-this-is-a-beautiful-day). I figure I should a HDR of these gorgeous clouds over Mtn Wilson and San Gabriel Valley! So here ya go:
Photo of the day: Down the path
It is so wrong that I like to shoot directly at the sun from time to time?? =) Wayfarers Chapel @ Rancho Palos Verdes
Photo of the day: PCH Bixby Creek Bridge
Going back in time.... this picture was taken from my first PCH road-trip in 2008.
My buddy and I started the road trip in Alameda (NorCal) and we literally stopped at almost every vista point along the way, taking us over 12 hours just to get back to LA.
It's one of those days...
It's one of those days in LA where it's chilly, windy and generally speaking a "monday".. but this gorgeous sunset made the day! Gotta thanks my fiancée for calling me and giving me a heads up to go take this shot! (despite the wind, this was the clearest shot of the batch)
