HDR Friday: Under the Pier

If you’re a photographer (or a hobbyist) and live in SoCal, you probably been here and have taken either this shot or the shot of the Santa Monica pier with the famous ferris wheel.   I admit it is quite a cliche photo but hey it’s my HDR version, don’t judge me by it:P

For those who never seen this, well, I hope you like it:)

And as always, happy friday folks!

HDR Friday: It’s a Pismo Beach type of weekend

Took this shot during one of our weekend excursion into the central California.  We originally planned to visit the wine county but due to time restraints we decided to drop by Pismo beach and tried out one of the best Clam Chowders at Splash Cafe.  Aside from a having an amazing beach to relax at, Pismo Beach is probably best known for its sand dunes and ATV riding, so hopefully we’ll get to enjoy that one of these days.

For bonus photo, here’s Splash Cafe:

HDR Friday: Go with the flow

Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” – Lao Tzu

Happy Friday folks!

HDR Friday: Look Right

Here’s another old photo but this time from across the Atlantic pond!  I was fortunate enough to go to London a handful of times when I was at my previous firm, though I spent a good amount of time actually working, I did get a chance to roam around the city and enjoy the things that London have got to offer.

I took this photo prop’d on a pillar for a good 4 second long exposure, just enough to capture the entire light streak of a double decker bus passing by near the London National Gallery.  If you ever get a chance to visit this gorgeous city, just remember to look right when you cross the streets:)

If you are interesting in obtaining a print of this photo, make sure you get it HERE.
