So this is what happen when you put a talented artist/actress under the stage lights, an magical photo was created!
Of course using the technique of "Prisming/Hurding" by Sam Hurd, helped creating the magic straight within the camera.

Here's a snippet of some Interior Photography I had the privilege to shoot this past week for Alta Construction at Macy's & MAC Cosmetics.
Superbowl Sunday is full in effect at the Lim's household! I guess you can probably tell who we're rooting for this year :)
Wish everyone a great time watching the game, and be safe out there!
It's unexplainable, except the fact that it was love at first sight... and on January 15th, I finally understand what love at first sight really means..
Please welcome our pride and joy to the world :)
2012 is winding down, and this is probably going to be the last consecutive HDR Friday post. Frankly, I'm surprised that I was able to post weekly without missing a beat.. I gotta admit that it's harder than I thought, thus, I give kudos to those that on a daily basis.
Now.. rolling into 2013 is going to be different and very exciting in many ways.. there's a new personal project I'm starting, along side with several weddings and lifestyle sessions and more on a personal level, I am extremely excited (and terribly nervous) about our first child that's due early 2013. So it's going to be another busy year.. and I foresee lots and lots of baby photos!
Let's cheer to 2012, another memorable year! After all we did survive the apocalypse ;)

Not that I'm trying to portray the end of the world with this photo but I figure since today is 12/21/2012, it's only fitting ;)
Have a great friday and holidays folks!
Last week, I was invited to photograph some interior/construction photography for Alta Construction; One location at Gucci in Bloomingdale's (glad my wife didn't tag along) and another at Regus. So I figure for today's HDR Friday, I'll share some of the photos that came out from the shoot. None of the photos are full HDR, but rather exposure blending with some off camera lights where necessary.
Have a great Friday folks and enjoy the photos!
So this past Saturday my wife got a call from Stephanie checking to see if I was available to photograph their engagement session next weekend... given that I had prior obligations scheduled, I respectfully declined.. then few seconds later, Stephanie goes "ok.. so how about tomorrow?" So with that, THANKS Stephanie and Brain for taking away my Sunday nap time! Just kidding :)
Last second call for an engagement session is sort of an adrenaline rush, there's no real time to prep, just pack the available gears and improvise. For Stephanie & Brian's session, the colors of the sunset proves that we picked a great day for a shoot... nap time well sacrificed :) Congrats Stephanie and Brian!
