Sneak peak of Victoria's 4th birthday extravaganza! Victoria sure loves her little tiara, she kept coming to me and asked to take more picture of it (those pictures will be posted later), which I happily obliged. It was a party of LOTS of kids screaming, running around and playing games. Hectic would be one of many words to describe the party but when you're a kid and have the freedom to party... you PARTY!
